The Trustees assist individuals in two ways, firstly through direct scholarships to a number
of Schools and secondly by awarding grants to individuals who apply directly.
Individual awards can be used to help with paying fees or for living expenses but no assistance
is given for the purchase of equipment, private lessons or travel outside of the UK.
The Schools currently in receipt of Scholarship Awards are listed in
Appendix I;
if you are going to attend one of the Schools on this list, the Trustees cannot accept
a direct application from you and you must approach the School to find out whether you
would be eligible to apply.
If your School is not on the list, applications will be considered from individuals who
